I am considering getting this workout series as a birthday gift to myself in September, only if I can lose 10 pounds by then. But I have some questions for those of you who are using or have used it. I want to lose 35-40 pounds total and I want to firm/tone my muscles, not looking to bulk up.
Do I have to have weights? We only have 5 pound weights and I cannot afford to invest in weights right now, plus I really have no where to store them as our house is already busting at the seams. (2 adults, 3 kiddos 4 and younger, plus a 45 pound dog in under 1000sf)
What is the time commitment, how long are the workouts and how many times a week do I need to do them?
After I finish the program, 90 days right, then what? Do you continue to use it past 90 days only periodically or what? Did you move on to something different a next level of weight training? Did you just use what you learned on your own, without the dvd.
I am looking for relatively quick, long term results but don't want to have to dedicate every day of the rest of my life to this program, kwim?
Lastly did it really work for you? How hard was it to stay with it and also how difficult was the work, how tired/sore were you?
