Cake pops for a birthday on Friday, what to put them in??

I'm making cake pops for a birthday and I need an idea ASAP for how to present them. All I can fine online is just about sticking them in a styrofoam block, and other than that one set of flowery cake pops is in a flower pot with the styrofoam inside. The flower pot isn't appropriate for this project, but I can't think of anything else! My best idea so far is to wrap a good sized styrofoam block like a birthday gift, then stick the cake pops through the paper and into the block. Is that really lame? Halp?

Hmmm, are you just making plain round ones? Or some sort of design? I thought bakerella would certainly be of use, but all I see as far as what they're set in is the flower pot and an easter basket.

Are they going to be colorful?

You could make a cake to stick them in. Or mini cupcakes.

Or just a box of styrofoam wrapped neatly in a brightly colored paper. that's basically like your birthday box idea.

ETA: here are a couple of ideas

They're going to be yellow...not sure if I'll turn them into bees or just make them yellow with little pearls or some sort of sprinkles on them. I was sure Bakerella would have ideas too! Maybe a non-Easter basket...would that work, do you think? The gift box idea I'm going to hang onto in case I can't think of anything else.
