Best multi-vitamin for bf-ing mom of allergic baby?

What are the safe multi-vitamins for moms who are bf-ing allergic babies?

I ran out of my nature-made pre-natal vitamins & i'm not sure if it's coincidence or not, but my ds's reflux got better. Probably just coincidence.... That said, i don't want to take a risk, and i'd rather switch to another multi-vitamin that has been tried and tested by the expert-moms out there.

Naturemade prenatals have corn in them (corn starch, maltodextrin, etc). I'd assume it's not coincidence, and at the very least get a prenatal without obvious corn (it's hard to avoid corn derived vitamin C, but many are fine with that - just watch your babe as you add more prenatals and see if you get any reactions).

Nature Made also has a Peanut warning from what I remember, so I would totally rule those out while nursing.
