Nordic Naturals Omega 3/DHA - need recommendation?

I've been taking the Nordic Naturals ProOMega fish oil supplement to get Omega 3 and DHA since I found out I was pregnant, now that I'm getting low it seems that they don't make the ProOmega brand anymore. Does anyone know if the Ultimate Omega or any of the other variations are the same? The ProOmega has this breakdown:

30 IU of Vitamin E
EPA 650 mg
DHA 450 mg
Other Omega 3's 180 mg
Oleic Acid (omega 9) 56 mg

You could always take the one that is marketed as "Prenatal", or the identical one that is strawberry flavored:

Serving size 2 pills
Vit. E 15 IU
EPA 90
DHA 450
Other O.3 40
Total O.3 580
O.9 (oleic) 24

I was taking four of the regular ones (Omega 3), but then I realized that two pills (one serving) had 30 IUs or 100% of vitamin E. I am already getting 100% in prenatals, and I know that a lot of prenatals have 300%. I think the problem is that as you get closer to term, having too much vitamin E can cause your placenta to stick on too toughly or some similar thing, leading to some problems in childbirth. So, now I am taking two or three of the above formula (the one I have is strawberry DHA, but you can get the same in unflavored "Prenatal DHA").
Sorry, this doesn't directly answer your question but I thought it might be interesting

Hi, regarding the vitamin E intake,
Well, that is something that I heard from my midwife, who thought that 300% in the prenatals was too much, and that I need to avoid a retained placenta by taking less. The first thing I found by googling it just now was this:
http://www.midwiferytoday.com/enews/enews0314.asp
Sorry I don't know html you might have to cut and paste. The information is in the Q and A section.
The thing is, if we have that much in the prenatals, then 100% again in the fish pills, then who knows how much in the actual food we eat, that might be bordering on, if not actually, too much.
I think there is a thread on it around here somewhere?
Also, I am not sure about DHA vs EPA. I thought both were important but the prenatal fish pills have much less...maybe worth looking into?

I take the DHA strawberry flavored, it's the exact SAME as the prenatal in terms of EPA and DHA except I think the prenatal had vit D? It was the same price in the store, too. I sat there and stared at them for about 10 minutes. I didn't choose the prenatal because I am taking vit d and it's in my prenatals.
