How to explain in Spanish about not retracting the foreskin?

We're considering a home daycare run by a very lovely Peruvian lady. Her English is pretty broken - which we love, because it will expose our kid to a second language early, and that's important to us - but how can I explain to her VERY clearly about not retracting the foreskin when changing him?

I know some Spanish, but not this terminology, or a way that would make sense. Would hate to have a language barrier be to blame for something bad happening... And I don't know how her culture views this issue... or how to ask.

hmmm, not what you were hoping for, but i could never leave my kids alone all day with someone who i could not freely communicate with on every topic.

can you express "no crying it out" and "we don't watch violence on TV"? hopefully someone can come along with all the right translations...

I don't have specific rates on Peru, but I do know that circumcision rates in South America are very low, I think 6-7%. As a result, I'm pretty confident that you shouldn't have any problems with basic care concerns, but it's always good to clarify.
