XP, low back stabbing, labor??

So for the last hour or so I've had a stabbing pain in my low back. I'm not noticing uterine tightening when it happens. Could this still be the start of labor? I'm 39w1d.

It could be, but I've also been having back pain on and off for a few days. I've also not had any uterine contractions when it has happened, so I haven't gotten too excited. I think my baby has been descending into my pelvis, and that's what's causing back and hip pain for me. Still, that's a good sign, isn't it?

That is probably what it is. DH comes home for lunch at 11:45, so I'm going to have him adjust me then. I'm SO ready and I know you are too!!
