GF/DF/EF snack platter ideas

I need snack ideas for a monkey platter that have to be gluten free, dairy free, and egg free! I've got a ton of raw veggies with some dips, and they seem to like that alright, but I'd like to add in some other snacks. Tammy needs to gain some weight (per her nutritionalist) so the idea of having a snack platter during the day is very appealing.

Any ideas?

What do you do for dips? hummus (protein)? guacamole (good fats)?

I'd go for fat and protein.

Do you have a yogurt maker - have you tried making coconut milk yogurt? I like to make it with minimal sweetener, and then add some dill and onion for a savory dip for veggies. Or you can add a little pineapple juice and powdered sugar or honey and turn it into a yummy fruit dip (coconut milk has plenty of fat in it as well).

Do your kids like meatballs? Meatballs can be made from all different types of ground meat and you could dip it in sauce or ketchup, hot or cold. Could also dip it in gravy.

Will they eat nuts? Almonds and Walnuts are great snacks. I forgot to look at the age to see if that's a choking hazard.

You can also bake things like chickpeas and make a crunchy snack out of them.

We like rice cakes with peanut butter and honey on them

We do rice crackers and hummus. I make this pine nut ricotta (I've added caramelized veggies before I puree) and I use it on pizza, but I always make extra and then use it for dip with rice crackers.
