GF/DF/EF snack platter ideas

I need snack ideas for a monkey platter that have to be gluten free, dairy free, and egg free! I've got a ton of raw veggies with some dips, and they seem to like that alright, but I'd like to add in some other snacks. Tammy needs to gain some weight (per her nutritionalist) so the idea of having a snack platter during the day is very appealing.

Any ideas?

some ideas:

apples with peanut butter/other nut butter/sunflower seed butter to dip into
nuts
dried fruit
home made GF granola bars, cut very small
fruit leather

and a super easy GF veg dip - mix roughly equal parts miso and honey (just check to be sure the miso is made with rice and not barley)

looking forward to seeing what others have to suggest!

  • corn chips dipped in refried beans (supposedly easy to make if you object to the canned version, which we don't atm)
  • something dipped in hummus
  • safe "o"s cereal
  • raisins
  • cut up grapes
  • DS would like little gf pancakes - he eats them cold sometimes. He LOVES them when I make them very small, like dollar pancakes. You can put tons of stuff in pancakes. I'm currently putting in blended summer squash or zucchini.
  • banana rounds

I get canned cherries and add sugar/cornstarch and let it simmer until its thickened a bit and put it on pancakes. You could make mini pancakes and use that as a dip.

This is my fav pancake recipe http://vegetarian.lovetoknow.com/Eggless_Pancake_Recipe

mini meatballs on toothpicks
thinly sliced ham or roast beef
olives
chocolate nut butter balls? (I think it's equal parts nut butter, honey and cocoa.. Tanya would know better, Susan may know)
