little question

HI!
I am going to try this FAM thing out with my condoms. I got that Taking charge of your fertility book, doesn't see to complicated, getting used to and practice but not hard. I also have some thermometer that is 1/10 97.4 type...it is pink...

I have one tiny problem....I am REALLY squirmy when I wake up, and not all the time either...I assume that would mess with my temps.

Is there another place I can take temps that wont be as changed by my squirming or can I just use cervix hunting and mucus and ignore temps?
Right now I am doing oral....

Any experience here?

Thank you!

Don't worry about squirming. Just take your temps as consistently as you can. I don't think squirming will affect your temps that much; but even if it does, if you're squirmy every morning, you'll get the same impact every day, and you will still be able to see the temp shift.

I would chart my temp at the same time every morning (I actually set my alarm for 6am and take my temp and then go back to bed) to see if you get a temp shift.

Also, come join us on the Charting to Avoid thread - that really helped me out!

will check it out but there is a tornado watch AND warning...sever T-storm capable, blah blah

I squirm perhaps a few days out of the week....not every day but not randomly
I wake up squirming, it is interesting, or I may be having memory dreams of being in a crib for all I know.

I wanted Chinese food too
at least it is only for the next 15mins or so
WAIT they changed it to watch until 9, but the warning is still in place until 4 with a flash flood watch until 9 too....life is fun!...sorta...
