Male-authored TF blog

Thread Starter
I just discovered this blog and thought I'd share because I've rarely (never?) come across one authored by a man before. Still don't know if I could get my DH to read it but I thought it was interesting. Are there any other TF blogs out there written from a male perspective?

I love whole health source. Stephan isn't a follower of WAP, but he does have an eating traditionally slant.

Here's another one to check out -- Ren has some really wonderful recipes, not so much about blogging about TF, but his recipes have a definite TF slant and it's always interesting to read.

This is a great one:

I also like whole health source, which was linked above. And I would say that Stephan is pretty far into the WAPF camp, although he uses more than their stuff to do his research, which is nice.

the paleo blog scene is dominated by men. i would assert that many dh's would get more into tf if they entered through the paleo door. marksdailyapple is a big one.

Thanks for that. I am now sucked into reading Chinese medicine demystified, which is a multi-part series.

I like whole health source, too.
