Natural Homemade Vanilla Bodyspray?

My husband has worn the Body Shop vanilla body spray daily for as long as anyone can remember. We finally ran out of his crazy huge stockpile of the stuff.

Do any of you have a great non-staining vanilla body spray recipe? Other suggestions for replacements? Going without is not an option for my husband so we want to replace.

Maybe some distilled water and vanilla absolute.
Does he have to have a spray?
Put a vanilla bean in his favorite body oil and he could use that everyday.

He doesn't have a favorite body oil but we could probably find one.

He does greatly prefer sprays to oil. He has some BPAL stuff but rarely wears it because it isn't a spray.
