Frizzy bangs....product?

My 3.5 yo has bangs that frizz up (plus, her hair is very thin), especially when the humidity hits it (which is quite frequently where we live). Would you put a product in her hair at this age? her bangs just seem to get outta control and start to look like a mad scientist hairdo by the middle of the day. If you'd put something in her hair, do you have any recommendations??

A leave in conditioner. Maybe some Moroccan oil. I have curly hair, this is what I'd do for myself.

California baby conditioner works for us. We use it like a leave in conditioner.

It'll only look greasy if you pour it on. Put a couple of drops in your palm, rub your hands together, and start at the ends of the hair. I use coconut oil every so often when my hair freaks out.

I've used a bar conditioner (mostly cocoa butter or coconut oil could work out too) myself when dealing with the same issue and it worked out great - I'd wash and use conditioner and then rub in into just my bangs, and only partly rinse out. I'd feel fine using either of those on a kid.

As a previous poster said, only if you use too much. We're talking a very small drop rubbed into your hands first and then on the hair. It works great, and it is very healthy for hair. I have very fine, thin hair that frizzes too.

Oh, I forgot- Jojoba oil is good too. It has no smell and the tiniest amount helps weigh down some types of frizz. To me its not a greasy oil.
