Can anyone help me with this test? I was just going through DS1 blood work that I have on file from his first set at a year onwards and on one of them this test was ordered (but I don't know why). It came back high but noone said anything to me about it.
Now as I look it up I get a ton of information about diabetes (which as far as I know they weren't even considering...) and then one site that mentions GABA and glutamic acid. All of it is jumbled to me, I can't really make sense of it.
Anyone familiar with it or willing to google and see if they can help me understand why he got a high reading here (and then why after testing for it noone cared that it came back high)?
