So I looked this up for you.
Smooth move tea is senna leaf, and most places say not to do it while pregant:

"My answer to this question for that reason is no. You should not be taking any type of laxative or laxative tea while you are pregnant.
You should also use caution after you have your baby and are breastfeeding - again Senna Tea would be out of the question, you will pass it on to the baby who will suffer cramping and severe runs."
Senna is a botanical herb, used as a laxative in the treatment of constipation. There is ample evidence that it is effective if used properly and occasionally. There is also ample evidence that it is not safe for pregnant women.

So they say that you shouldn't drink it while breastfeeding, because it can have a laxative effect on the baby. So since you are so close to delivering, I wonder, would it have a laxative effect on the baby? I have a friend who just spent a week and a half in the NICU after her baby inhaled meconium at delivery and was unable to keep oxygen up without supplemental O2, so I would worry about the laxative effect on the babe making him more likely to poo during delivery? Not sure if that is an issue?!
