It's not Microban, but a different substance in the same family. I emailed the company and they confirmed that it will cause bugs to become resistant just like microban does. Even the low and zero VOC paints have it.
I've chosen to use paint like this in my bathroom, but I would never use it in my whole house, and I thought there might be other people here who would have the same feeling.
