I'm not sure if this is the right spot to put this thread...but, here goes. I'm currently nursing my 23 month old daughter (still very frequently) and haven't gotten my first PPAF yet. My husband and I are wanting to get pregnant in the very near future. I don't want to limit her nursing (as I'm trying to do child led as much as possible), but very eager to get this 'show on the road'.
Does any one have any suggestions on things to try? I've been told progesterone cream may help bring about my period. Would this be an 'artificial' period without ovulation? Should I expect it to decrease my milk supply? Is it even safe while nursing? Any thoughts, ideas, personal experiences would be appreciated. Does anyone know of any herbs that may possibly help fertility? Anything info will help. Thanks! :-)
