Is 9DPO too early to POAS?

I'm loving all my abbreviations. But seriously cannot wait to test! Is it too early? Last time this happened (DS is 3) we were on our honeymoon and just didn't think it was going to happen and had a honeymoon to distract me (a perfect 2WW distraction) and tested when we got home.

Now, I'm trying to be patient but don't want to jinx it either...so is it too early??

You cant really jinx it, either you are or you arent, testing at 9dpo will not change that

however, if you test at 9dpo you have a very slim chance of getting a positive, even if you ARE pregnant. Some women even get them earlier... but most women get them later.

I you want a 100% for certain answer, wait a week lol

If you want to know NOW, use a cheap test like a dollar tree test. At least that way if it comes up negative you can at least shrug it off and try again in a couple days, rather than be out 14 bucks with nothing to show for it!

ooooh good idea! Dollar Tree test! I have a digital one upstairs that I don't want to waste (funny though, it has an expiration date on it for 7/10).

Its never to early but just like maeryn said you it would be very likely to get a negative even if you were prego

For me, the volume of negative test while TTC was overwhelming. It really helped me to wait until at least 10 DPO to start testing just so all the snow white pee sticks didn't start stacking up into a pile of doom.

most likely YES. Does that stop us NO.

I just have doubts and don't know what to think even it's positive...too early!
