Need help with coordinating supplements

I have major prego brain, and I'm adding some supplements to my day since I just can't seem to keep up while I'm GF/CF. I've heard before that you should mix certain vitamins with other/minerals because of absorption issues, and I'm just trying to figure it all out.

Anyway, I'm having health issues, it's my first pg since going GF. Right now I'm on
100mg Vit E
2000 Vit C
150 Vit B complex
1000 of omegas 3, 6, 9
440 of butcher's broom
and a prenatal with the usuals

The prenatals, omegas and Bs I take usually, I actually cut back on the omegas when i added the E. I was supposed to see the midwife on Saturday, but my varicose veins gave out (hence the BB) and I can't handle the drive.

That's a very high dose of C, along with what's in your multi it's almost a therapeutic dose. s there a reason you're taking so much?

I was advised not to take 3,000 mg for more than 3 days in a row during my pregnancy, and that was to treat a UTI.

My varicose veins have burst, and having trouble with the bleeding/bruising. Basically my leg is black with bruising for nearly a foot, extending to both sides of the knee. I'm supposed to take it until the bruising is gone. The multi only has 100 mg, so 2100 altogether. I was told to call the midwife if I felt nauseous or had other bowel issues.

Oof, that sucks. I'm sorry Mama!

Those all seem fine to take together. The only things that spring to mind, regarding separating, are a few minerals, none of the things that you're taking individually. I'm not sure what the butcher's broom is, is it an herb? I know diddly-squat about herbs.

Hope you feel better soon!

Sayward, don't suppose you have anything I could read about vitC in pregnancy? I haven't looked into it yet, but I take more than the OP every day and was tentatively planning to next year when we may be TTC.

Thanks Tanya...I just keep flashing to trying to being told that you can't take X with Y because it won't absorb, etc etc. lol I want to make sure that my body is getting what it needs out of them. I like to think I eat healthy, but it's been a hard change to not having wheat, it's so difficult to get the same vitamins.
