Time-sensitive- feeding a TF family out of a vegan kitchen?

So some family members of mine are stopping off late tonight in the middle of a mad dash up the California coast. Because they are in such a hurry, I'd like to have something for them for breakfast. We're vegan, and, while I have a very well stocked whole food pantry, I've got no idea what I can offer them for breakfast.

Any ideas? I can't run to the store.

If I was a TF in a vegan house- I would be looking for perhaps some fruits or veggies w/ bfast- some fat and some nuts or legumes perhaps. Oh, and perhaps some grains. Maybe some rice w/ some nuts and fruit? What kind of fat do you have?

You can serve them porridge (oatmeal) as long as you soaked it & they'll love you more if you make it with coconut cream

Thanks! We had oatmeal with maple syrup and coconut milk, raisins, hempseeds and nuts, kombucha, and various fresh fruit.
