This is a thread for those of us who are not mamas yet but have been TTC for a long time, whether 6 months, 12 months, or more. At this point, many of us will have dealt with infertility, losses, and other obstacles to TTC our first baby. This is a safe, supportive place for us to be together on our unique and long journey to become mothers for the first time.

Blanca78 - After five months TTC #1 last year, I got pregnant with a molar pregnancy, had a D&C in December, and as of late June was finally okayed by my doctor to TTC again.

Keria - TTC #1 since December 2008.

Kyamo - TTC #1 since January 2010 with PCOS.

lapis - TTC #1 since August 2008.

millefleur - Happily unmarried to my beloved un-husband since 2005. Started TTC our first in Summer 2008. Nine week miscarriage December 2008. TTC again since June 2009.

Mrs.Nap515 - TTC #1 with DH. Hormone deficiencies and hypothalmic amenorrhea.

Rainy229 - TTC #1 for 18+ mos. with PCOS and sub-clinical hypothyroid.

SimplyRochelle - TTC #1 since May 2007.

Spinnerette - married for almost 3 years to my wonderful husband. TTC since end of February this year - going into our 6th cycle.

Tear78 - TTC with DH since 5/2008. One chemical 12/08, one 9wk m/c 2/09. Trying with medical intervention since November 2009.

btw, hubby and I are having our 4 year wedding anniversary on Friday! Sorry...just thought of that thinking of all those dates. Thanks, millefleur! You realize my sister will stalk....

Hi! I posted in another thread, but i guess it was for people ttc #2+...
DH and I were married in May, been together for 5 years, and have been TTC #1, but I have hormone defficiencies since birth, and yesterday was diagnosed with
hypothalmic amenorrhea...soooo...that leaves us with some extra work to do! clomid might work, so we're gonna be giving that a go as soon as i see an endocrinologist first. I just turned 30, and my awesome DH is 34...looking for lots of support, and maybe someone who's been through the same situation!! looking to make some new friends

Hi Nap... oh I love hearing that people have been out my way. we just moved here in december for dh's work... much better for out ttc prospects I must say... but german is sure hard to learn.

wont be around for a few days due to vacation but will be back midweek... and looking forward to this thread

Also, Tear and I have both tried Clomid so we'll be happy to give you advice if the time comes!

Thanks so much!! I'll definitely be needing it, my cousin has been on FF and now she is on baby 3, so she introduced me to that site, but for the life of me, can't figure out how to chart, so the doctor told me to chart once i start the clomid, so i'll be needing advice for sure!! and that's pretty cool that you're not too far!! oh, just some board advice, how do you get an avatar, and make the signature at the bottom of posts?? thanks!!

I'm definitely in! You can just put that I've been ttc since May 2007.

I've done two unsuccessful rounds of Clomid too so they'll be plenty of advice to go around.
