I have a 5 yo who I want to teach Spanish as a second language to. Anyone have any recommendations of programs/curriula that may be good for his age?

I recently got my kids a set of dvds by whistlefritz. The set was cheaper at their website than amazon. You can see demos on their website. The woman speaks only in Spanish but it's very clear what she's saying.
I got the Little Pim dvds from the library. They are more vocabulary than language (whistlefritz is language.) My 4.5 year old really likes Little Pim so I just ordered some of them.
We also got jumpstart spanish. My son likes them but he focuses more on the games than the language so I'm not so keen on it.
We don't like Disney movies, but I've heard there's a Spanish track on most Disney movies so you could play those.
We've started a Spanish playgroup with an amazing leader. I called the local college of education, the community college early childhood department. They advertised for me on the local association for education of young children website. That's how we found our leader.
I am in the process of trying to learn the language as well.
I've read a lot of reviews about the Muzzy dvds. They don't sound as good as the hype. I know someone who paid $300 for them and she says they're outdated and worth about $20.

We have used Rosetta Stone Homeschool edition for about 2 months and plan to continue. I bought 3 levels (3 academic years) at a swoop for about $480 and both kids and I can have our own login. They are 5.5 and 6.75 years old. I thought it might last 3-5 years but now see that at our pace it might last 3. So it's a big investment at once, but it is not a big expense when you look at it per month / per year or compare it to a class or tutor.
They work on it 10-30 minutes, 5 days a week, no time off. No that's not enough to make them fluent, but I think it is a good jumping off point for immersion learning later.
