Oh! Also, some chiros will have special programs for patients without insurance or who simply want to pay cash. It can end up making it about the same price as MY insurance policy does. You may check around and see if you can find someone who has experience AND can give you a good deal that won't break the bank. Massage therapy is really good, too. I see a woman who works at the local Whole Foods, and pay $1/minute.

If it gets much worse/unmanagable I will call my MW even though I still have 2 weeks until my apt with her. She has been great so far talking with me through several other issues already..
