Since today's low temp was in the 80s with a heat index reaching 110 degrees, I decided to do my long marathon training run on a treadmill this morning. Soooo not my ideal. Even when I get up at 6 AM to run my short mid-week runs the heat and humidity are AWFUL!! How do you do it? Any tips, advice, and words of wisdom are welcome! I've decided this is the first and last marathon I'll train for over the summer.
