Late Period, Cramping,2 Negative HPT, Extend BF

Hi Ladies,
I was wondering if any other ladies have had this experience. Menses returned 11 months after the birth of my son. I had my first period on June 20. I have had cramping for about 1 week, no period, and 2 negative HPT. I am still breastfeeding. I also had strong cramping about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I should have had my period around July 28. Do you think that the HPT could be wrong? Yikes

Cycles can be very irregular when first returning PP, especially while bfing. I wouldn't worry too much if you are waiting for your 2nd PP bleed. If you don't want to get pg, you should be using some sort of protection.
