Breastfeeding rates in the US from 1988 to 1994?

It's ridiculous trying to find breastfeeding rates from any specific year, and my brain is going nuts from google. Anyone know a go-to source? As much detail (i.e., initiation, at 3 mos, 6 mos, 12 mos, etc.) is great but ANYTHING would help. Also if anyone knows the infant feeding recommendations (or common practices) for that time? Such as...solids officially recommended at X mos but commonly started at X mos, etc.
