What is my culprit..?

Well, junk. My son is having severe reflux and vomiting with two meals in his brother's allergy diet rotation. In one meal it appears to be either parsley, garlic, or onion. The other meal I'm not sure because it could be buckwheat (he won't eat it anymore to check) but that meal also contains garlic and onion.

Those would be highly unusual foods for allergic type reactions wouldn't they? Would it be a reflux trigger to the extent he would vomit? His stools are a little "piecey" lately too. I'm really bugged by this. I just can't seem to handle it well when my kids issues "cross" and so this guy having food stuff going on as well is just too much at some level...ok, whine over.

Which is more likely as a culprit?

I've gotten overwhelmed with just one so I can't imagine!

I'd guess the garlic.

Taking out one at a time would be the easiest way to figure it out. Could be any of them. DS had a mild intolerance to onion but was okay with garlic. My SIL was sensitive to both garlic and onion.
