Stuffy nose in the morning... allergy?

I've noticed that my 10 week old has a stuffy nose in the morning. We have feather pillows and a down duvet. She sleeps in her bassinet beside the bed until 6am, then we bring her into our bed until 8 or so.

You think she might be allergic to our duvet and pillows?

I noticed my DS started getting a stuffy nose when we started running the air conditioner. Do you have the AC on?
