Can the Diva Cup/Keeper be used post partum?

I know tampons are a no-no during post-partum bleeding, but what about the Diva Cup or Keeper? Anyone know if it's okay to use those?

I was too stretched out for it to stay in properly. And it definitely wasn't comfortable for the first while. I think it fit again about the time I dried up...

Oops! I forgot to say that I'll be having another C-section. That makes a big difference!

You may want to ask your OB or midwife. My midwife said nothing in the vagina for six weeks. Others may have differing opinions
