What about taking a Babykicks hemparoo infant prefold, trifolding it and tucking 1 or 2 doublers inside it, and then using that as a doubler in another larger hemp prefold, snappied and then the fleece cover on top? That's a whole lotta hemp layers. Might have to size up the cover to fit over all of it!
