Need to replace high chair seat cushion--advice?

this may seem like a silly question but here goes..

Someonegave me a Peg Perego high chair. The chair pad has seen better days. I'd like to replace it. The official Peg Perego one are very pricey ($60 or so). I don't know if the more reasonable ones I've seen around would fit. Does anyone know anything about this?

TIA

You don't say what style of high chair it is but Amazon has a cover starting at $30. http://www.amazon.com/Blue-Messeez-H.../dp/B001FORWCE I made a new cover for my high chair (Gracco). I traced the old cover on an old bath towel. Serged around the raw edges, made buttonholes for the straps, and pocket to fit over the back of the seat. I used 2 towels for thickness. I can just throw it the washing machine with a load of towels when it's dirty. It does take forever to dry even in the dryer and it needs all day on the line on a hot day to dry because of the double thickness.

thanks Chris. It's a peg perego prima pappa rocker. I just don't now if that will fit or not. Generally, do they? Are they more or less universal in style? I don't think I have a sewing project in me at the moment, but it is somethingto fantasize about!
