c section scar itchy

Is it strange that my c section scar has suddenly started itching 13 weeks later. Its healed very well and flat, no reddness or puffiness and is just itchy.
I had 2 other c/s and never had this. Is it normal for a scar to do this?

My two scars still itch 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 years later.

I had occasional itching in my first scar for 10 years, maybe more. (I had my next section when ds1 was 10, so I don't know which scar itched after that.) All my scars have itched sometimes. In fact, my scar was itching today, and my youngest is 13 months old.

I don't know how to put this delicately, but could it have to do with, ahem, hair coming back in?
