Hypnobabies Question....

We started Hypnobabies about 4 weeks ago, and I think it's great, only I don't have much time to practice it (like the finger drop technique or the light switch stuff).

Is this really that important? Or is it just me getting used to it and comfortable with it?

I MAYBE do it like 2-3 times a day, but that's it, and that is usually rarely outside of the daily listenings, which I usually end up doing at night before bed anyway.

When I was pregnant with my DD, I really only did my practice (outside of the affirmations) before bed. It still worked fine for me.

If you're doing the relaxation tapes every night... plus practicing the finger drop stuff 2-3 times per day, I think you'll be absolutely fine.

DEFINITELY ok! I almost never practiced my finger drops. Usually, I used my finger drops to get myself back to sleep when I woke up in the middle of the night. My birth went great, and I'm using HB for this birth as well. I do my daily track at bedtime, and fall asleep to it, which is what I did with my first HB birth, and it was awesome!
