Growing Pains?

My baby girl is 13 weeks old and today was a disaster. She was fussy or screaming as long as she was awake today. Most of the time I couldn't even calm her down enough to comfort nurse. I tried teething and colic tablets, gripe water and mylicon drops and it didn't seem to help much compared to how they have worked before.
Is it possible that she is hurting from growing pains? I have never heard much about this issue.
The bath calmed her down for a little while. She usually eats for 5-6 minutes every hour. This hour she ate for 20 minutes. She has never done that.
Is there anything I can do to help her feel better? Preferably natural remedies. I'd rather not give her tylenol or anything like that.

Thank you!!!!

Can you describe how she was fussing? Cecilia (15 weeks) has been having gas and stomach issues this weekend, and you can tell because of how she fusses-- she arches her back and twists her midsection, her face turns red, and when she finally gets some gas out, she cries when she does it. So far nothing but good old fashioned belly massage has helped, so that's what I keep doing.

Yes, she has been doing that, but she doesn't seem to be getting any gas out. In fact, she is a lot less gassy than she has been in the past. I have changed my diet to help with that issue. Also, when she is gassy, giving her the Hyland's Colic Tablets and Mylicon drops usually will work.
With all that said, I feel at a loss as to what to do for my baby girl when she gets so upset. Thankfully, today has been much better!

At 13 weeks?

You may very well have to get past not wanting to give ibuprofen/acetaminophen. At that age, its probably not a goid idea wo talking to the ped, but as many of us have found, homeopathics arent always the solution.

Ear infection is possible, as is teething, it could just be a cold even. Without seeing the baby, its hard to tell.
