May be one of the single worst experiences in my entire life. :Puke

Oh and my kids too.

Whoever thought up this evil idea needs to be flogged with a noodle.

yes, i believe they deserve something worse than a noodle.

i was so excited when they came out, since i can't get the FCLO in my 4 year old otherwise. but, um, no.

Man, i was excited to try them.....

I actually enjoy them! I take 1-2 everyday, and they've started to taste really good to me. My husband won't endure them, nor will my friend who takes FLCO straight. I didn't think I'd like them, but now I've got a stockpile because they were only $10 per jar at Green Pastures.

Just goes to show how different we all are b/c my kids love them. I like them, but tend to take the unflavored FCLO and just suck on a grain of gray salt with it.

Yeah I got several of the $10 jars too.

First off they are HUGE, not small.

Second the smell that hits when you first open the jar is mind blowing.

Third there is no sweet cinnamon gummy bear on earth that can hide fermented fish. Period.

My oldest son will tolerate them (he can chug straight CLO and CO)... but even he did not like the funk after taste that lived with him ALL day.

I think they're awful but DS (3 yo) thinks they are the best thing ever...but then again he begs for FCLO anyway.

My kids LOVE them! I got out of the shower one morning and they were sitting on the couch eating them! They went through the whole jar in about a week, so I haven't gotten them again lately, lol! They love the liquid cinnamon tingle FCLO too though, my youngest begs for it and wants more, more! I should stock up on the $10 jars!

OMG this thread is hilarious! I'm glad I didn't buy them. Although my 3-1/2-year-old is kind of a strange cat so he might have enjoyed them.

My 3.5 YO loves them as well. He asks for gummy fish all the time! He used to take the cinnamon flavored liquid too.
I just ordered some to try. I figure if they are really bad, I'll give them to my daughter before or after sardines, which she loves!
Cinnamon itself is about my least favorite spice, so I doubt I'll try them!

the idea is making me :Puke

My 4.5 YO loves them, he begs for more than 1. I can barely tolerate the smell, I will not be trying them. 14 mo DD does not like them and I'm trying to figure out how to get HVCLO into her.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the gummy fish! I didn't expect to like them at all since I don't like cinnamon and well, they are fish candy (YUK!), but they really aren't that bad. After reading this thread, I did not smell them at all. That may have helped. The flavor wasn't great, but the aftertaste is quite pleasant. I've had trouble taking FCLO in capsules due to aftertaste. This aftertaste only tastes vaguely like cinnamon.

Unfortunately, they have been deemed "too hot" for my toddler to eat. She did try and said they tasted good, but too hot. She's quite sensitive to spices.

Maybe I can get the emulsified orange FCLO into her somehow.

I have yet to try one since I can't abide the stench, but add my 4 year old to the list of kids who think they're the best thing since sliced bread.
Both my kids love them and beg for more than one.
All three of my girls love them, dh thinks they're yucky but can eat them, I can't even think of putting them in my mouth.

I got several bottles when they were on sale too. I'm kind of saving them for fall/winter though, since we get a lot of sun during the summer and they're so darn expensive. You guys are scaring me though. I got some of the liquid for myself, and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to take it.
