Sour Milk

My husband didn't look at the expiration date of the milk, and now we have over a quart of sour milk. It's full fat and non-homogenized. Recipe ideas?

I love a good sour milk cake!

Also, I just read an article (I think it was in Acres) about how good milk is for your lawn, if you spray it on....although, come to think of it, that might have been just raw milk.
