Is my tomato mayo safe?

I whipped up a batch of sundried tomato pesto mayonnaise yesterday for sandwiches. (Sooooo good).

I used a jar of sundried tomatoes and their oil, more olive oil, parmesan cheese, a big handful of fresh basil from my garden, and a couple of cloves of fresh garlic, then mixed it with Miracle Whip.

After eating my yummy chicken sandwich, I forgot about the rest of the batch and it sat on the counter in warm, warm weather for 2 hours.

I know you're supposed to be super-careful with mayonnaise, but I don't know what the guidelines are. It is in the fridge now, of course, but I don't know if it should be safe to eat or not. Maybe the garlic and tomatoes preserve the mayonnaise lol...???

Commercial mayo is actually perfectly safe. It's a wives tale that it's so volatile. You can store it safely in the pantry, and in some parts of the world they do.
