Do they exist?

Since my little guy was born we've elimited corn, soy, peanuts, gluten, and chocolate from my diet for his health. It's been a challenge since we used to eat tofu and seitan frequently before the kiddo was born... and impossible since I went back to work. I just went back to work full time this past week and really don't have time to do any cooking right now- nights or weekends. We eat tons of lentils, beans, and quinoa in different rotations with various veggies and also alot of raw veggies dipped in hummus.... and our new idea of "takeout" is salad bar salads..... but all of those are getting old super fast. Any other ideas of super quick dinner ideas for me and dh? TIA!
