TMI Question: bleeding after dtd?

I'm curious as to reasons why I might be spotting after dtd... neither DH or I have ever had std's, other partners, or any sort of infections of any kind "down there." We dtd last night, which was CD7, and this am I woke up with spotting, which has since stopped. FWIW, I wouldn't consider our dtd last night "rough" or in any way capable of producing bleeding from trauma.

Any thoughts?

Well I used to sometimes spot after DTD sometimes just from different positions or if we were in the position longer than normal. It would only happen once or twice a year and stopped after a couple years with DH. And sometimes if I just finished AF and DTD the day or two after it like triggers a little more AF momentarily. I wouldn't worry about it unless it keeps happening.

Being so early in your cycle, for sure it could be "leftover" AF. i get that on occasion. Or even without "rough" DTD, the cervix has blood vessels that can get irritated/pop?

That happened to me as well 8 years ago. I thought it was my period.. it was quite a bit for him to notice it. Turns out I was pregnant and I'm not quite sure WHY I bled. It wasn't rough or deep or anything... maybe implanting? I really don't even know what cycle day it was I didn't chart or know anything about it then.
