I'm thinking of growing wheat grass. I heard someplace that you have to juice the grass in order to get the nutrients, but now I can't find anything on that. Would making it in a smoothie work? Also, we're working on curing cavities with nutrition, and Mr. Nagel recommends a lot of celery juice, tomato juice, etc. Would it work to make those into a smoothie, or is it better if I remove some of the fiber? Is there a juicer that can handle all this, or, I'm eying the Vitamix, and I'm wondering if I could just make vegetable smoothies, if that would do the same thing?
