Sick - Would You Still Try?

I had a horrible sinus infection/cold that lasted for the first 7 days of my cycle. I am still on Benadryl, about 50 to 75 mg a day and Vistaril, 50 mg a day due to allergies causing itching and will probably be on it a few more days. Today is CD9. I should be all cleared up by O but wonder if taking meds in the days before O can be an issue. Would you still go for it? What if I have to take the antihistamines up to or after O? I hate to "waste" a good month from being sick!

all you can do is try. if you try, you have a chance, if you dont, you dont, so go ahead. the meds wont be an issue if you are concerned about birth defects. the antihistamine will dry you up, but you never know if there's still enough cm in there until after the fact.
