will homemade deoderant with coconut butter stain?

Hi ladies- came across this recipe for a homemade natural deoderant made with baking soda, cornstarch/ arrowroot powder and coconut oil, and I really want to try it. But I'm worried that the coconut oil will stain my clothes since it is a grease. Any experience with this? Thanks!

I haven't made the deodorant, but I can tell you from experience that coconut oil most definitely can create grease stains on clothing.

I use that recipe, minus the baking soda (due to skin irritation), and haven't had any problems with staining from the coconut oil. I did wonder about that, too, as such oils do stain clothing. Not sure if the skin absorbs enough to limit the possibility of staining or washing the clothes simply works, but no staining here.

My DH and I use that same recipe exactly, and I also have never had any staining.

I have used the same recipe for several months and I haven't noticed anything! But I do recall getting stains when I used regular degree deo! I feel that it has mad a big difference and it works wonderful to boot!
