If you can, walk as pigeon toed as possible. The more you open your heels, the more you open your lower spine and could potentially open up whatever is getting pinched back there.

My dd's teacher gets acupuncture for sciatic pain. She's not pregnant, btw. It helps her immensely! I hope you're able to get some real relief soon!
