I bought a Moon Cup from the Keeper company a few months ago.
I returned it 2 months ago and have not heard anything back. I've called the company and they've taken my info twice and I've emailed twice to see what's going on.
NOTHING!
Seriously, I thought that most natural body care companies had great customer service since they aren't as mainstream to get good word of mouth.
What should I do? I obviously can't hop in my car and go talk it out face to face. Probably why they know they can ignore me and nothing will happen.
