My super picky eater 15 mo DD is obsessed with coconut oil. Whenever she sees the jar out she says "more, more!". I make little balls with it and give them to her. I'd say she eats about 4 teaspoons a day. She could and would eat a lot more if I let her...So I'm wondering if I should let her have the "more" she wants or restrict it? It's not fat she's craving, she won't touch butter or greek yogurt...But she loves coconut oil. And I can't blame her, I eat spoonfuls out of the jar myself at times.
Anyway I'm wondering what the max amount you all might think is healthy for a toddler.
