Good Sources of Calcium (Dairy & Egg Free)

Hey,

Ive had to go off dairy temporarily as my nursling and I have candida, as well as not tolerating raw milk very well, due to the candida.

We dont eat eggs, but what other sources of absorbable calcium are there, or would you take a supplement?

So far I have tahini, almonds, flax seeds, figs, collard greens, kale, mung beans.... but I wonder if these are all readily absorbed by the body, in paticular the greens, anyone know?

Thanks!

Homemade bone broths would be a very good source.

Those are all great sources and should be absorbed fine. Plant-based calcium is very bioavailable.

Nettle infusions are a stellar source of calcium. Sea veggies too, particularly wakame.
