Lower Back strain

Not sure if this post belongs in babywearing or exercise.
Hey ladies, I'm looking for some exercise/strengthening tips to make it easier for me to stand up straight while wearing my babe. I have a woven wrap and wear my 15lb babe high up in the front, tummy to tummy position. After around an hour of that, I start to really slouch and I'm finding that my posture is really going down hill even when i'm not holding him anymore. Other than planks (which seem to make it worse) and the cobra pose, as well as child's pose, can you think of any stretches and/or exercises that could strengthen the right muscles to help me stand up straighter while I have him in the wrap? FWIW, i really don't think this is an issue of not using the carrier correctly (he is snug and high), I think I just need to treat my muscles better. TIA.

This has a really good set of exercises to do for core strength.

Also, when you are standing/walking with him in the wrap, make sure to tuck your tailbone down and suck in your abs a little. It takes pressure off the spine and I can feel relief immediately if my back is sore and I realize that I've let my lower back sway.
