sorry im not even sure what to call it. I have a another mom who asked me today if I knew of any curriculums that had the lessons on dvd, like with a taped teacher actually teaching them. The only one that came to my mind is abeka?

She has a SN son but he does really well by watching videos and so it was suggested by his team that she look for a program where the majority of the curriculum is presented on video. She tried schoolhouse xxx and it wasnt a good fit as he had to prompt himself to go thru it. Again his SN facilitates something more visual/audio for him.

thanks for your help!

What level is her son at? And, would instruction via the internet work?

I think if he were able to view it and then had the option to review it several times it would help vs. the kind that is in real time. Does that make sense?

We've been using Time4Learning.com while we've been traveling and it's worked great with my DD. Once we're settled, I'm not sure if we'll go back to a more traditional homeschool or if we'll stick with t4l. I would like to do MathUSee for the math because the kids don't like it on t4l.
