What can I do to get rid of this huge afternoon slump? I'm getting tired to the point of barely able to hold my head up, foggy-headed, and moody/weepy/b*tchy as all get out right around 3:30 each day. It tends to resolve itself by around 5:30. What are the contributing factors to the afternoon slump? I'm guessing it's blood sugar related. What would you do to fix it?
If it is a blood sugar thing, I'm looking for practical ideas to avoid it. My diet restrictions are basically the same as the Feingold diet. I'm not vegetarian, but I don't consistently eat meat because it's not my favorite.
