fish oil burps

yuck, right? anyone have any tips to not have those yucky fishy burps when you take your CLO?

I don't have any problems when I take it with food or, at least, a big glass of milk. I also do the capsules, so that seems to help.

If it's straight, try taking it before a meal, so it's on the bottom of your stomach. If capsules, try storing them in fridge or freezer and taking them cold/frozen--right before a meal.

My NP just gave me instructions to freeze the capsules if I have problems with "fishy burps". HTH!
