I usually never feel ovulation pain, but this cycle I had pain the entire day (right side cramping), very uncomfortable. 2dpo I was nauseated from 7am-6pm, but couldn't throw up, had abdominal pain occasionally. 3 & 4dpo I've had a slight fever, and seriously uncomfortable digestive issues, diarrhea, abdominal pain etc., along with feeling very fatigued. There's a possibility I could be pregnant, but I know morning sickness cannot occur before implantation, and seeing as the symptoms started 2dpo, I'm wondering if anyone has a clue as to what else would be causing morning sickness symptoms.
